About
I'm a senior ghostwriter and content strategist with more than 30 years of experience helping technology companies and trade publications say the right thing to the right audience — clearly, credibly, and in a voice that sounds like them.
My work spans security technology, professional AV, and enterprise markets. Most of it never has my name on it. That's the job — and I'm good at it.
Long before I became a writer, I was a working musician and MIDI systems specialist — selling and teaching digital instruments and signal connectivity at a time when networked audio was still finding its footing. That hands-on understanding of analog and digital systems led directly to my first writing role at Pelco, then one of the world's leading video security companies.
At Pelco I spent more than 20 years building and leading a global marketing communications group — writing and editing everything from product catalogs and trade press to executive speeches and a 45,000-circulation company magazine. I also helped conceive and produce the company's large-scale annual customer events, which featured headline performers including Ray Charles, BB King, and Chicago.
Since 2022 I've worked independently — ghostwriting bylined articles, case studies, thought leadership, and marketing content for agencies, technology companies, and trade publications that need a writer who already knows the territory.
